Greetings RA Families: Girl Scouts has created a Pre-K Program for girls that provides opportunities to strengthen four competencies as they enter Kindergarten. There are also virtual and in-person events that are taking place for grades K - 8, 2021 summer camp information, as well as a Springtime Mom's Club where you can learn mom hacks and meet other moms virtually. Scholarship opportunities for summer camp are available for families that qualify! Check your email for more details.

Please read this important message about virtual instruction next week! Due to NYS ELA testing, all students in grades K-6 will have asynchronous instruction on Monday, April 19 and Thursday, April 22. This means that teachers will post lessons in the Google Classroom for students to complete, but there will be no scheduled time for students to log into Zoom and meet face-to-face with their teacher. Teachers will check the completion of the activities and take attendance for those students who complete the activities. Thank you and please reach out to your child's teacher with any questions!

Hello RA Families, As a reminder, tonight at 7 pm Trend Micro will host a Family Tech Talk event via Zoom. During this virtual meeting Trend Micro will cover a wide range of topics, organized under 4 categories: - Be Online- how do parents help set up the right environment, rules, and example for their kids – this includes technology tips as well as best practices on rules - Be Safe – how do you protect your privacy, information, and self online - this includes tech tips and things to watch out for - Be Kind – how do you encourage respect towards others, and kindness towards oneself, too (and what can parents do to support our kids if they have trouble) - Be Savvy – how do we encourage good habits and good uses with technology for our kids? Hello, Amazing RA Families On Saturday, March 20, 2021 RA hosted our first-ever, Drive-Thru Open House. Cars began lining up by 11:30 am, 30 minutes before we were scheduled to start. Everyone from staff to visiting families had a great time. Kindly share the link below on your social media platforms. Please ask family, friends, and colleagues to do the same.
